Past Projects:
1990s-Worked with local theatre groups in Olympia, painting backdrops and making props, masks, and costumes.
1999- Created installation, “In A Thicket”, in collaboration with Kagami Butoh Dance Company, at Midnight Sun Performance Space, Olympia.
2000- Scene-painter, “The Transfused” rock opera.
2002- Worked on restoration of Wa. State Supreme Court after 2001 earthquake, repainting faux oak-grain on plaster walls to match historical work.
2002/03- Participated in “Branching Out”, a National Geographic-sponsored project to bring artists into the temperate rainforest canopy of the Washington Coast, to produce work inspired from a treetop perspective. The outcome of this included the above-mentioned exhibit at The Evergreen State College.
‘92-present- Doing faux-finish, decorative painting in homes, small businesses.
